As we observe and learn about Mars, we first notice two features of the planet. Its distinct red color is the first feature and the fact that extraterrestial life could inhabit this planet. The red color of Mars is featured in the rocks, soil, and atmosphere. The color was observed by statgazers throughout history. Extraterristrial life has been of major topic on the planet Mars. The question of "Are there aliens or martians on the planet Mars?" has been a question of common speculation. So if there is life on Mars, what will happen as we on the planet Earth encounter with the planet Mars.
Mars, as pointed out in the beginning, is the fourth planet from the sun. Mars, in location, is between the planets Earth and Jupiter. The equatorial radius of this planet is 3,397.2 kilometers, which is 5.3264 e-01 in relation to Earth. The mass is 6.421 e+23, which is 1.0745 e-01 in relation to Earth. Mars is mostly composed primarily with carbon dioxide, which is the most consistent gas in the atmosphere and it can also be a great cover of snow in the atmosphere. The planet also has small amounts of other gases such as: nitrogen, argon, oxygen, water, and neon. The average temperature on Mars is -63 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature is -63 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature -1400 degrees Celsius.
Today research and studies have been ongoing to find out more about the planet Mars. The future of technology will give us more information about the planet "MARS".
